Taking a leaf from this thought, we, at BSQUARE Coworking Spaces, had decided to waive off the full-month rent of our esteemed members in the lockdown months of April, and half-month rent for the month of May and June, when businesses returned to their offices. Those who had paid in advance were given full refund so as to provide them the advantage of liquidity. As the businesses are still grappling with the impact of lockdown on their revenue, we think this will definitely encourage them to come out of the hiatus stronger and willing to perform better.

We, at BSQUARE Coworking Spaces have taken all the necessary precautions and measures as laid down by the government and health authorities to safeguard your experience at any of the BSQUARE Coworking Space premises.

Social Distancing

Physical distancing of at least one meter is followed at all times

Mask Usage

Use of face covers/masks are at all times by the staff and visitors

Maintain Hygiene

Provide adequate soaps and sanitizers, and encourage employees to practice frequent hand washing

Respiratory Etiquettes

Encourage the practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing

Temperature Monitoring

Mandatory temperature check with non-contact Digital Infrared Thermometer of all the staffs and visitors at the entrance

Record Keeping

Registering the names of all the visitors entering the premises at all times

Sanitization & Precautionary Activities Performed at BSQUARE

At, BSQUARE Coworking Spaces, we have conducted a thorough hazard assessment of the workplace to identify potential hazards that could increase risks for COVID-19 transmission

We have ensured that the cubicles, desks, chairs, common premises, washrooms, corridor, etc. are sanitized using standard disinfectants before, during and after the office hours.

The air ventilators, ducts and air conditioners are cleaned and maintained at regular intervals to not just prevent spread of viruses, but also to prevent the growth of bacteria and molds

We have identified work and common areas where employees could have close contact (within 6 feet), for example meeting rooms, break rooms, the cafeteria, check-in areas, waiting areas, and routes of entry and exit and create awareness to practice social distancing.

High-touch areas in the premises are regularly wiped with disinfectants to eliminate the possibility of virus spread.

Last but not the least, we are also taking various measures to boost the immunity levels of our members as well as staff.
